The Foundation was incorporated on May 16th, 2025 and received its status
as a charitable organization in Massachusetts in July, 2025.
Current IRS 501(c)(3) Status
The Foundation has been recognized by the IRS as a 501 (c)(3) private foundation within the meaning of Section 509(a). Donations received after May 16th, 2025 are eligible as a tax deduction.

Tax deductible
Donors can deduct contributions they make under IRC Section 170. The foundation is also eligible to receive tax deductible bequests, transfers or gifts under Sections 2055, 2106 or 2522. A private non-operating foundation
As a private non-operating 501(c)(3) the foundation's primary goal is identifying and distributing funds to other non-profit organizations whose purpose and goals align with those of the Ky Bradley Hamilton Foundation.
